The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, leadership and performance of programs within their portfolio. Working under the direction of the Director of services, the role plays a key part in aligning operations service delivery with organisational priorities and strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
You will hold a degree level qualification in Social Work or a tertiary qualification in Social Science, Community Service, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant qualification, with extensive experience commensurate with the position.
