About the role

Join us in the influential, newly created role of Executive Lead, Strategy, and Partnerships. We are seeking a dynamic, contemporary leader to support cohealth's vision and advocacy agenda.

Working in collaboration with the Chief Executive and Leadership hub, this role is the strategic lead for cohealth's advocacy priorities, governments and stakeholder relations, public policy, external communications and impact as a key influencer in health equity.

As a key representative for the organisation, this role requires exceptional communication, high-level leadership capabilities and the ability to translate and inform the strategic intent and communication requirements of the organisation.

About you

We are seeking an experienced leader with strategic foresight and tactical capabilities to shape the direction of our advocacy and government relationship work whilst ensuring we have a strong evidence and policy base to support our approach.

To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in developing key strategies, policies and stakeholder relationships whilst working in government or the public/NFP sector. You are solutions-focused, culturally competent, have a strategic and political mindset and can demonstrate authentic leadership and influence.
