We are searching for a highly skilled, values-aligned Executive to join our committed and experienced team.
The Executive Director of Finance and Organisational Performance is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability, operational effectiveness, and organisational performance of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board, Executive Team, and key stakeholders, the position provides leadership across financial management, property and assets portfolio, strategic planning and organisational sustainability.
The role is accountable for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the organisation's mission, growth, and long-term sustainability while ensuring compliance with regulatory, funding, and governance requirements. The Executive Director leads the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of organisational performance frameworks, enabling evidence-based decision-making and ensuring a sustainable future. This role provides oversight and management of assets, property portfolio, ICT, system administration, insurance, contractors and leases
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director of Finance and Organisational Performance contributes to strategic planning, organisational development, and resource optimisation to maximise community impact and value for stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in strengthening organisational capability, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring that financial stewardship and performance outcomes align with the organisation's vision, values, mission and strategic objectives.
This role can be based in either Launceston or Hobart, some travel intrastate will be required to support our statewide footprint.
The successful applicant must hold a current compliant National Police Check, along with a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card or the ability to obtain. You must also hold a Driver's Licence with no restrictions.
