Newly created position as the CEO of Victoria’s peak body for sexual assault and treatment services. Reporting to the Board, the CEO is to provide leadership and strategic direction whilst building a resilient and sustainable organisation. Representing those who have been sexually assaulted and those who display harmful sexual behaviours, the CEO will be the spokesperson for the organisation promoting the work of its members, working with key stakeholders across government and the sector to ensure key priorities are progressed.

  • FTE to be negotiated.
  • Extensive knowledge of sexual assault in Victoria and a deep understanding of the socio-political context in which it occurs.
  • 5 years senior executive experience.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with government to influence policy and advocacy agendas.
  • Highly competitive salary to be negotiated.
