About the role:

The Head of Operations role will be a central addition to our highly adept team and help manage, oversee and improve key business activities.

You will be a proactive leader, calculated planner, elevated thinker, work in a dynamic environment, and deliver meaningful action to some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges.

  • Versatile problem solver, intellectually curious and a high level of adaptability in tackling new challenges

Key Skills

  • Some knowledge (or deep interest) in carbon and biodiversity asset management that are pertinent to Clean Energy Regulator policies;
  • An understanding for reporting requirements for ACCU and Biodiversity credit generation to ensure regulatory compliance;
  • An ability to evaluate, oversee and improve key business activities; including managing the financial effectiveness of the business and providing strategy recommendations;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with excellent written and verbal communication skills to various partners, colleagues and executives;
  • Team building and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate to and work in highly independent and skilled teams.
