Formulate and implement strategies for the referral, recruitment and engagement of participants into the Work Preparation Program SQW including Get Set for Work (GSFW) and Community Work Skills (CWS) program.

Based at Kingston, and working with the Work Preparation team, this role has responsibility for formulating and implementing strategies for the referral, recruitment and engagement of participants into the Work Preparation Program SQW including Get Set for Work (GSFW) and Community Work Skills (CWS) program.
