ABOUT THE ROLE

We are welcoming applications for an IFVS Brokerage Coordinator (FSP's) to join our team.

The Brokerage Coordinator reports to the manager family violence partnerships and is part of the team responsible for the approval and administration of flexible support packages (FSP) to victim-survivors experiencing family violence. The daily responsibilities of a Brokerage Coordinator (FSP’s) include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and overseeing a range of operational and administrative services focused on the administration and disbursement of FSP with the assistance of the brokerage administrator;
  • Overseeing data entry, telephone calls, correspondence, and acquittal spreadsheets to support the function;
  • Liaising with a diverse range of people, including WHW staff, representatives from government departments, suppliers and other organisations delivering services to those experiencing family violence.

The position is available on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time (1 FTE) basis from late November 2021, and is paid at WHW EA Level 5, pay point negotiable dependent on experience (ranges from 84K to 88K per annum pro rata EFT) + 10% superannuation.

All appointments are made subject to the candidate providing a current satisfactory National Police Certificate conducted by the Victoria Police and a working with children check.
