Leading a small team you will be an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills, passionate about advocating on behalf of young women and girls affected by sexual exploitation and be proactive in collating, tracking and monitoring quantitative and qualitative data that will assist the organisation in measuring the social impact of the Young Women's Project.

You will also:

• Take responsibility for centre and staff management, providing oversight for the daily operations and continue to shape the program to be innovative and flexible to the changing needs of the girls and young women we support.
• Supervise and mentor staff to provide support to girls and young women at risk of or affected by sexual exploitation.
• Strengthen existing partnerships, develop new ones, and contribute to income management and fundraising.
• Attend network meetings and create awareness for the Centre in the Greater Dandenong area.
