Starick is a not-for-profit organisation operating primarily in the Perth Metropolitan South-East Corridor. Starick supports women, children and young people experiencing and escaping family and domestic violence across the continuum of prevention, early intervention, crisis and healing.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Refuge Support Worker to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
This is a hands-on, practical role supporting the day-to-day operations of our refuge service. You will play a key part in ensuring the environment is safe, clean and welcoming, while providing practical assistance to women and children accessing the service.
As a Refuge Support Worker, you will support the efficient operation of the refuge through a combination of administrative, operational and client support tasks.
Working alongside Coordinators and Advocates, you will assist with maintaining the refuge environment, transporting clients, and providing practical day-to-day support to residents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on position and is comfortable working across cleaning, administration and client support.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
