In this part-time fixed term position (30.4 hours per week, through to June 2023) based on the Gold Coast, you'll work as part of a team to provide case management support to women and children escaping domestic violence, both within the accommodation program and outreach work. You'll be part of our Queensland Programs team and report to a Team Leader, working Tuesday to Friday and participating in an on-call roster.

You're an experienced domestic and family violence practitioner with high levels of initiative and flexibility alongside cultural sensitivity and knowledge. You're able to respond calmly and effectively in crisis and complex situations. You possess a thorough understanding of the impact of domestic violence on women and children and are able to apply that within a trauma-informed practice framework.
