Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Corporate Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance and corporate services, ensuring strong governance, organisational effectiveness and long-term sustainability. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the organisation’s finance, people and culture, facilities and maintenance, and information technology functions, while contributing to strategic planning, organisational transformation and sustainable growth.

CA/CPA qualified, you are an accomplished Executive or senior leader with strong commercial, financial and operational capability, gained within either the not-for-profit or broader corporate sector. You are a collaborative and values driven leader who brings a calm, pragmatic and solutions focused approach to leadership and organisational improvement. Recognised for your ability to build trusted relationships, you balance strategic thinking with operational execution. You are known for your highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, commercial acumen and your ability to foster positive culture, accountability and continuous improvement.
