Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven leader to join us as our Corporate & Community Engagement Manager on a parental leave contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing partnerships and community fundraising portfolio that directly supports families with seriously ill children across Victoria and Tasmania.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, you’ll lead corporate partnerships, community fundraising initiatives and McDonald’s stakeholder engagement — while mentoring and supporting a passionate team focused on delivering meaningful impact.

For more than 35 years, Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania has supported families with seriously ill children through accommodation, programs and services that keep families close to their child’s care.

As Corporate & Community Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, delivery and growth of our corporate partnerships and community fundraising programs.

You’re an experienced partnerships, fundraising or stakeholder engagement leader who enjoys building genuine relationships and creating meaningful impact.
You bring:
Experience within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded, but not essential.
