What you'll do 

As our Client Service Officer, you'll be the face of Relationships Australia as the first point of contact for all inbound enquires. You'll create a positive and seamless client experience by providing great customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Your focus will be to actively listen and understand your clients' needs to ensure we recommend the right solutions to assist them and add value to their lives. You’ll:  

  • Be the first point of contact for client phone calls, online queries, emails and webchats
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all client interactions 
  • Maintain client-related data collection and ensure record systems are compliant with organisational standards 
  • Manage phone bookings, email and online queries efficiently 

What you'll bring 

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle all interactions with empathy and emotional intelligence  
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of our data/systems 
  • Ability to stay organised and multitask in a fast-paced environment  
  • Technologically adept with the ability to grasp new systems and processes quickly including MS office and various CRM systems  
  • Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is desirable 

Details 

  • Permanent Role, 4-5 days per week
  • Hybrid working – 2 days in office is required with one month in the office initially for training
  • Based at Macquarie Park 
  • Approx $40 per hour + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings
