- Salary: Salary range is between $132,690 and $137,914 plus annual leave loading and 11% superannuation with access to salary sacrifice.

Role Purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership in the coordination of QPASTT’s service delivery across schools and in community. This role is at the senior leadership level and will contribute to our strategic direction in delivering excellent quality services which includes youth work, community capacity building, and trauma recovery group work, including expressive therapy modalities.
This Senior Leader position is critical for nurturing an effective middle management team who can lead diverse teams of professionals and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This position works closely with Senior Leadership Team and in particular the Youth Engagement and Community Partnerships Senior Leader to effectively manage services that strengthen communities and school-based supports.

Experience & Knowledge
- Qualifications in human services, social work, youth work, community development or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the vision and mission of QPASTT.
- Proven leadership experience in human service delivery, risk management, diversity inclusion and achieving key strategic objectives.
- Extensive experience in managing people and teams.
- Successful experience in change management, particularly to drive innovation and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Extensive experience in applying for and/or managing service contracts
- Strong understanding of the refugee experience, community-based healing and / or youth engagement methodologies.
- Ability to initiate, establish, and sustain a broad range of internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to see the ‘big picture’ and understand the strategic context of QPASTT.
- It is desirable that you have a lived refugee or refugee-like experience
