Formed in 1917, The Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) is Victoria’s largest provider of Residential, Community and Home-based early parenting services for families with children from birth to four years of age.
With our Residential Early Parenting Centre in Noble Park and Community home-based services across Victoria, we play a special role in providing parenting education and support to thousands of families every year to give their children the best start in life. Our programs are research-informed and tailored to meet the unique needs of each family and enable families to nurture, protect and enhance their children’s, safety, health and development.

QEC is entering a transformative phase, with the opening of a new Early Parenting Centre in Hastings at the end of 2025. As we expand our services and deepen our impact across Victoria, we’re seeking a visionary Director of Finance and ICT to help lead us into the future.
The Director of Finance and ICT will be part of our Executive Management team and working closely with our CEO will work towards achieving QEC's strategic goals through ongoing leadership and management of the following areas;
This permanent part time role that can be considered on a 3 or 4 days a week (0.6 - 0.8 FTE) basis. Predominantly working from our Noble Park site, occasional travel to our other Victorian sites will be required.
