Pure Source Recruitment is proud to partner with Micah Projects in supporting this rare opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team and help advance its vision for integrated healthcare.
In this leadership role, you will guide a diverse portfolio of health services and partnerships, playing a key part in ensuring care is accessible, connected and responsive to the complex realities experienced by the communities the organisation stands alongside. Your work will contribute to strengthening holistic, person-centred health responses that support dignity, inclusion and wellbeing.
Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Health Integration Lead will provide strategic leadership across Micah Projects' Health Services Portfolio. With 4 direct reports you will lead the development and implementation of Micah Projects' health strategy.
Micah Projects is a values-based community organisation united by a shared vision, mission and values. This is a new opportunity to influence organisational strategy and service delivery at a senior level while joining one of Queensland's most respected community organisations. Working alongside a highly experienced, passionate and values-driven Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading services that make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. Micah Projects offers a collaborative, inclusive and purpose-driven culture. Conveniently located in West End, this position offers an attractive base salary and salary packaging (including a packaged vehicle).
Micah Projects is a community organisation grounded in social justice and a commitment to human dignity. It holds that every child and adult has the right to safe and secure housing, an income, healthcare, education, safety, dignity, and meaningful connection with their chosen community. In practice, it provides a wide range of support and advocacy services that respond to the diverse needs, strengths, and circumstances of individuals and families.
The organisations vision is to create justice and actively respond to injustice in the lives of individuals, women, children and families, while fostering equality, inclusion and acceptance. It works alongside people who experience exclusion, poverty, injustice, and social isolation, supporting them to access opportunities for inclusion, economic wellbeing, justice, and community connection.
As part of this commitment, advocacy is central to its work - supporting people to access resources and participate in processes that advance equity, redress, and justice. Many of the people supported have experienced histories of abuse, neglect, poverty, violence, fear, harassment, and discrimination. In recognition of this, the organisation is firmly trauma-informed in its approach.
With 16 locations across Brisbane, Moreton bay, and North Queensland, alongside a range of outreach services, support is delivered where people are, in ways that prioritise dignity, compassion, and respect.
