Rosies – Friends on the Street has spent almost 40 years walking alongside people experiencing homelessness, isolation and disadvantage across Queensland. We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Business Manager to work closely with the CEO as a trusted operational and financial leader within the organisation.
This is a broad and influential role suited to a commercially capable professional who is motivated by purpose and wants to contribute meaningfully to an organisation grounded in compassion, dignity and service.
Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Leadership Team, the Business Manager is responsible for the operational and financial stewardship of Rosies.

The role requires sound judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively in a mission-led environment with staff, volunteers, patrons, leadership and Board stakeholders.
You are an experienced business, finance or operations professional who combines commercial capability with a genuine alignment to purpose-driven work.

You may come from the not-for-profit, community, education, healthcare, faith-based or broader commercial sector. CPA or CA qualifications will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you will be someone who values integrity, humility and service, and who can contribute positively to the culture and mission of Rosies.
Rosies is a respected Queensland organisation with a strong sense of mission, community and care.
This is an opportunity to contribute at a senior level to an organisation making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable people every day. You’ll work closely with an engaged CEO and leadership team, helping strengthen the operational foundations that enable frontline impact across the state.
If you are seeking meaningful leadership work where your contribution genuinely matters, we would welcome your interest.
