About the role

As Grants Manager, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of grants systems and processes
• Oversee and support a growing grants team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Ensure strong alignment with organisational strategy, governance, and compliance requirements
• Provide strategic oversight of grant management systems, including SmartyGrants
• Drive best practice in grant-making, policy development, and program delivery

• Proven experience in grant-making and program delivery
• Strong skills in policy development and systems design
• Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
• The ability to work in genuine partnership with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders
• A passion for delivering impactful, community-focused outcomes
