Northside Connect is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Domestic Violence Practitioner with a background in providing individual counselling and group domestic violence services
Northside Connect Inc (NCI) is a community-based organisation which provides a range of services to north side of Brisbane. Programs provided by the Northside Connect include:
NCI programs are funded through recurrent funding from the Queensland and Federal Government with supplementary funding from project and one-off funding grants, sponsorship, fundraising and donations. An engaged Management Committee oversees the work of NCI and is committed to playing an active role in the local community as well as ensuring high quality service delivery and maintaining NCI’s positive reputation with stakeholders.
You will be working in a small, multi-disciplinary team passionate about supporting the community through delivery of high-quality professional services. The role is situated within the Domestic Violence Program delivering individual counselling and group programs to women who have experienced domestic and family violence. The role also requires you to provide leadership, management and support to the Domestic Violence Program.
