This opportunity is working with an organisation that seeks to help individuals and communities to enrich and improve their overall quality of life. They work alongside people of all ages and in local communities across Victoria both city and regional and offer multiple services.
This is a new program that has been established to assist people in the community who are seeking assistance to escape family violence.
As an experienced Case Worker/Manager or Intake Assessor, you have the training to assist with this program. This role is phone-based which will see you talk with clients seeking assistance and guidance. You will be the first point of call to go through the options available and offer support to access these services.
You are a qualified Social or Health worker seeking to take on a contract immediately. Your experience speaks to providing case management or intake assessment with programs that support the vulnerable in our community. You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and great listening skills. You are highly organised and able to work through designed processes and procedures as required by the business to ensure compliance.
