From supporting emerging creatives to amplifying underrepresented voices, including First Nation People, regional artists and broader communities, MAV celebrates the power of art to unite, transform and inspire.
As the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in bringing MAV’s vision to life. This is more than an operational leadership role, it is an opportunity to shape an organisation that celebrates diversity through creativity and connection.
You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO to strengthen MAV’s foundations, ensuring financial sustainability, strong governance, compliance, and streamlined systems. The role strengthens organisational capability and accountability, deepens partnerships, and ensures meaningful engagement with artists and key stakeholders.
