Thrive Refugee Enterprise is a values driven social enterprise supporting refugees and humanitarian migrants into meaningful work and sustainable economic participation in Australia.

Thrive is entering an exciting phase of national growth, supported by an innovative philanthropic partnership expanding access to loan capital for refugee entrepreneurs, and empowering women-led businesses through the "She Starts with Thrive" initiative.

The Head of Client Services and Delivery is a newly created executive leadership role accountable for translating Thrive’s strategy into integrated and scalable client services nationally.

This role will provide leadership to employment pathways, self-employment and entrepreneurship programs, ensuring migrant clients are equipped with the skills, capability and support to achieve long-term economic independence.

The Head of Client Services & Delivery will demonstrate a collaborative, empowering and authentic leadership style, with the ability to build capability and inspire high performance. You will be a strategic systems thinker with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable service models, leading multiple programs, and embedding operational excellence.

Key to your success is your ability to foster accountability, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional client and organisational outcomes.

We are seeking expressions of interest from leaders who demonstrate the following:

  • Proven leadership experience of front-line teams and experience leading service delivery of multiple service / product streams.
  • Experience gained in microfinance, small business lending or employment services
  • A proven track record of driving accountability with a client centric approach whilst fostering a strong team culture.
  • The ability to implement change effectively and lead business systems and process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
  • Experience in gender participation or inclusion programs (desirable)
