We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join us as a People and Culture Advisor. In this position, you will provide essential support to our leaders and staff, while also advocating for employee well-being, reducing psychosocial hazards, upholding feminist principles, promoting gender equality, and ensuring HR compliance within our organisation. We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Advisor to join our Business Services team in Ipswich. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist with a wide range of skills in the HR field. You will be part of a tight-knit team that is committed to supporting our staff and driving positive change in alignment with our mission and values.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing an annual wellbeing plan, providing expert advice to internal clients, managing employee investigations, tracking performance data, supporting HR projects and initiatives, coordinating the employment process, maintaining our HRIS system, and regularly reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.
