About the Role

inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager who will lead the team towards service excellence and national expansion. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of inTouch, developing and implementing strategies that will expand inTouch’s reach and impact across Australia. You will be at the helm of driving service delivery excellence, ensuring that our services are accessible, client-centred, and culturally responsive at all stages of the client journey. You will champion innovation and oversee an expanding team pivotal to the organisation, driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance both client and staff interactions.

In this role, your key focus area will be:

  • Service Excellence: Leading the delivery of exceptional client services nationwide, ensuring alignment with our core values and service model.
  • Strategic Expansion: Crafting and implementing a robust strategy for inTouch's national expansion, identifying new service opportunities and partnerships.
  • Digital Innovation: Spearheading digital and data transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Culture and Change Management: Driving positive culture change, fostering an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and leading a diverse team, promoting professional growth and building a resilient, high-achieving workforce.

You’ll also need:

  • A proven track record in a senior management role within the family violence sector or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in driving national expansion and service innovation.
  • A track record in building strong quality improvement systems.
  • A tertiary degree in social work, psychology, health, or related discipline.
  • Desirable - a postgraduate degree in business or a related field.
