Reporting to the Fundraising and Communications Director, lead the growth of defined income channels and lead communications at Mary’s House Services, driving revenue and impact for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
Mary’s House Services is a not-for-profit organisation supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. Through crisis accommodation, outreach support, and community programs, Mary’s House provides safety, stability and pathways to recovery.
With over a decade of service and a strong community presence, Mary’s House is committed to empowering individuals to live free from violence. The organisation champions gender equality, celebrates diversity, and advocates for everyone’s right to live in safety.
MHS is an ambitious, growing organisation with a dynamic team that consistently delivers strong results and is now investing further to scale its fundraising and communications capability.
Reporting to the Fundraising & Communications Director, this is a high-impact role responsible for leading the next phase of growth across fundraising and communications.
You will own and grow individual giving, regular giving, and community and events fundraising, alongside leading all external communications and marketing. Within the current income streams there is a strong foundation and significant opportunity to scale.
This role is focused on growth, innovation and development - with new acquisition strategies, and bringing fresh ideas to expand reach and income.
Community and events fundraising is a key revenue driver, including third-party events, owned campaigns, high-value events and community initiatives, offering strong opportunity to further grow impact. You will also lead communications and marketing, ensuring strong brand presence and developing high-quality collateral across digital and print channels to support fundraising outcomes.
This is a hands-on role within an inspiring, high-performing team, where you will initially manage one direct report, with committed plans to grow the team in the near future.
