Reporting to the Company Secretary, the Governance Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of Board and Committee functions, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting high standards of governance. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, recording minutes, and supporting directors with administrative needs.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance Administration Officer to provide efficient governance, compliance, and administrative support to the Company Secretary and Boards across the Good Shepherd Australian and New Zealand network.
This is a 0.6 FTE 3-year appointment until 2028. Flexibility available – school hours or 3 days full time. On occasion, availability to attend out of hours online meetings required.
You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for governance and excellence in administration. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident managing sensitive information with discretion.
