Courage Collective Family Violence Services (formally Georgina Martina Inc.) provides high security refuge and specialist family violence case management and therapeutic supports.

In 2025, Courage Collective developed a Client Service Model that elevates the voice of the victim-survivor, recognises children and young people as clients in their own right, and strengthens our therapeutic program. We are now seeking a Project Officer to support the implementation of this model, and the associated Outcomes Measurement Framework.

Working closely with the Client Services leadership team, the Project Officer will develop a plan that supports staff and clients. They will be responsible for the development of tools and resources including policies, procedures, training materials, and a practice manual that ensures consistent, best-practice implementation.

As part of the Courage Collective team, you can make a difference supporting our clients to achieve positive outcomes and move towards a future free from violence.

Why Chose Courage collective?

  • Our own Enterprise Agreement providing above award entitlements to improve work life balance for our team members
  • Salary Packaging options to increase your take home pay
  • An organisation committed to the professional development of all employees
