The Opportunity:

This is a full-time (38 hours per week), ongoing opportunity based in Bendigo, offering a pivotal leadership role within our organisation.

In this role, you will lead and bring people together to deliver connected, effective ways of working that support our clients and the services we provide.

You will:

  • Lead the delivery of complex integration initiatives that improve how teams work and collaborate and enhance client outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand client and service needs and deliver practical solutions.
  • Guide and support teams through change, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and shared success.
  • Support the organisation to work more seamlessly, with systems and processes that enable people to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

You’ll play a key role in creating an environment where people feel supported, connected and empowered to deliver meaningful outcomes.

About You:

You are an experienced and values-led leader who brings people together, builds trust and delivers outcomes that make a difference.

You will bring:

  • Experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally within technology or systems environments.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • A people-first leadership style, with a focus on supporting, coaching and developing others.
  • Confidence in navigating change and helping teams adapt in a positive and inclusive way.
  • The ability to listen, understand needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  • A track record of delivering outcomes while fostering a supportive and respectful team environment.
