As Team Leader, Child, Adult & Family Therapies, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering NDIS and state-funded services that support children, adults and families to thrive. From early intervention and school readiness to allied health and disability supports, you'll play a key role in strengthening services, growing capability and improving outcomes for our community.

About the Role

This is more than an operational leadership position.

You'll inspire and support a team of clinicians and practitioners, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Program Manager, you'll:

  • Lead day-to-day service operations and workforce planning
  • Support staff through coaching, supervision and professional development
  • Drive quality, performance and service improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for program growth and innovation
  • Strengthen multidisciplinary practice and integrated care
  • Ensure services meet funding, quality and compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You're a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and creating high-performing teams.

You bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (where applicable)
  • Leadership experience within health, disability, allied health or community services
  • Experience managing service delivery, quality and performance outcomes
  • Strong operational, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice
  • The ability to lead through change and support service growth
