CatholicCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Based in Mayfield and working across the Diocese footprint, this key leadership role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new growth opportunities that align with CatholicCare’s mission and strategic plan.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives across business development, strategic and operational planning, tender and grant management, and corporate stakeholder engagement. You will play a pivotal role in growing CatholicCare’s services - including the expansion of our fee-for-service clinical offerings through the Rosewood Centre—by preparing business cases, coordinating bids, and forming strategic partnerships. A strong focus on stakeholder engagement is essential, as you will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and community groups to support sustainable and impactful growth.

The Manager of Business Development plays a key role in driving the organisation’s growth and long-term sustainability. This position focuses on identifying and assessing potential growth opportunities including programs and activities already part of CatholicCare’s current service offering and new opportunities that align with Catholic Care’s approved strategic plan. The position plays a key part in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of both strategic and operational plans that align with CatholicCare’s vision and mission.
