• You are an experienced senior leader who enjoys building strong organisations behind the scenes so that frontline services can have maximum impact.
• You are equally comfortable thinking strategically and solving practical operational challenges, and you have a track record of leading organisational improvement in complex service environments.
• You bring sound judgement, excellent relationship skills and the ability to lead diverse teams through change while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture. 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

• Significant senior leadership experience in operations, corporate services or organisational management within the community, legal, government, health or not-for-profit sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change, systems implementation or business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of governance, finance, risk management, compliance, workforce management and organisational operations.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing organisational capability.
• A commitment to social justice and BRQ's values of fairness, access, inclusion, transparency, respect, responsiveness and expertise.
