Brooker Consulting is proud to partner with Women with Disabilities Victoria (WDV) in the search for their next Chief Executive Officer. This is more than a leadership role. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of disability and gender equity in Victoria, in a position that blends strategic influence, community leadership, and operational strength.
We’re looking for someone who brings clarity and vision, is grounded in lived experience, and can represent WDV with credibility and care.
WDV is a vibrant organisation of women and gender diverse people with disabilities working for women and gender diverse people with disabilities in Victoria. It is the peak organisation for women and gender diverse people with disabilities in Victoria. WDV’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan envisions a safe and fulfilling life for all women and gender diverse people with disabilities in Victoria.

As CEO, you’ll lead a values-driven, community-led organisation with a skilled team and strong reputation. You’ll work closely with the Board, partners and members to deliver WDV’s mission and sustain its impact.
The engagement is 4 days/week (0.8 FTE).

You may have held an executive role in community, advocacy or policy. You may be stepping into CEO leadership for the first time. Most importantly, you bring clarity of purpose, care for people, and a deep belief in rights-based, intersectional feminist leadership.
