If you’re someone who thrives on structure, loves creating order out of complexity, and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing systems and processes working at their best, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this role, you’ll report to the CEO, providing support and strengthening the day-to-day operations of our Early Learning Centres.
You’ll be the go-to person for identifying ways to improve our operations, documenting new procedures, and configuring digital systems to support our teachers and educators.
Your work will have a direct positive impact on supporting the 2500 children and families in BPA’s centres to flourish in safe, accessible and equitable early education and care.
Founded 25 years ago, BPA is a non-profit organisation with a skills-based Board and over 500 dedicated staff working at 35 centres in Melbourne’s diverse western suburbs. Our purpose is to support every child to flourish in safe, accessible, equitable and culturally-responsive early education and care. We pride ourselves on the quality of the early learning we provide: 75% of our centres are rated “Exceeding”, the highest level obtainable under the National Quality Standard.
BPA is an equal opportunity employer which values diversity and inclusion. We encourage applicants from all walks of life.
Submit your resume and cover letter using the prompts. Interviews will commence as soon as we see a resume we love.
