Process Improvement Leader - Early Years

In this role, you’ll report to the CEO, providing support and strengthening the day-to-day operations of our Early Learning Centres.

You’ll be the go-to person for identifying ways to improve our operations, documenting new procedures, and configuring digital systems to support our teachers and educators.

Your work will have a direct positive impact on supporting the 2500 children and families in BPA’s centres to flourish in safe, accessible and equitable early education and care.

A day on the job will see you:

  • Running structured consultation processes with groups of leaders in early learning.
  • Carefully distilling down key learnings and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Developing and carefully documenting new processes, policies and procedures using plain english and incorporating feedback from multiple colleagues.
  • Designing and delivering training programs for staff including many for whom English is a second language.
  • Reviewing and interpreting compliance requirements and building them into our operational processes.
  • Generating and analysing operational data to report on performance to the Executive Leadership Team.

You will love this role if you have:

  • Experience in a similar operational improvement or management consulting role
  • Previous experience in human services sectors such as education, health and aged care.
  • Demonstrated ability to build expertise quickly in new IT systems and strong data and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving and time management skills
