This is a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen safety across diverse and complex service environments, including disability, child and family services, and settings where occupational violence risks are present.
As a Work Health and Safety Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering across the organisation to embed a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture.
You will play a key role in influencing decision-making, improving systems and practices, and supporting leaders and frontline teams to effectively manage risks and respond to incidents.
In this role, you’ll regularly engage with teams across sites, support risk assessments, lead investigations, and deliver practical, people-centred safety solutions that make a real difference.
