We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Injury Management Business Partner to promote and embed our Early Intervention and Injury Management Framework. This role plays a critical part in building a prevention‑focused safety culture, reducing workplace injury and illness, improving WorkCover outcomes, and supporting timely, sustainable return‑to‑work for our people.
While the role is anchored to our Collins Street office, we offer flexible hybrid working and are open to candidates based at regional Victorian locations. Regular travel to metropolitan and regional sites is a core part of this role.

You are a proactive, empathetic and highly skilled Injury Management professional who is passionate about keeping people safe, supported and well at work. You are confident partnering with leaders in complex environments and navigating WorkCover, WHS and psychosocial risk requirements with professionalism and care.
