You will join the team at The Orange Door Box Pakenham. This role will work as part of an integrated team to provide specialist services to Adults Using Violence referred to The Orange Door.
As a senior practitioner at the Orange Door you will be the go to for timely consulting, advice or support on matters relating to adults using violence. Your deep knowledge and extensive experience working with adults using violence will be needed to ensure the integrated team are able to appropriately assess high levels of associated risk and act accordingly.
This is primarily a phone-based role or system based role, where your practice skills are applied through conversation, risk assessment, planning and consult. You will work collaboratively as part of an integrated practice approach to respond to family violence and children and family vulnerability concerns through the provision of:

This position is to work in Adult Using Family Violence specialisation. At this stage it is based at Pakenham but might be expected to work across South Metro Area of the Orange Door including Cranbourne and Dandenong sites.

Bachelor’s Degrees, Graduate Certificates, and Master’s Degrees are required to work at The Orange Door. If you hold a Diploma, then you will need to complete further study and complete a higher level of education within the next 10 years.
