At Anglicare Victoria, you will support young people to heal and grow. As a House Coordinator, you’ll lead a residential care home in Wallan guiding a team and supporting young people with complex needs through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.
This is a unique leadership role where you’re not just managing you’re embedded in the home. You’ll work alongside your team on the floor while also leading operations, creating a safe, consistent, and supportive environment where young people can thrive.
