We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recovery Practitioner – Sustainable Tenancies (QDAC) to join our Housing and Homelessness team. Through strengths-based case management, you will empower individuals to build independence, strengthen life skills, reconnect with their communities, and overcome barriers to long-term housing stability.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting people on their recovery journey while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver coordinated, holistic care. If you are passionate about housing, recovery, and helping people create lasting change, we would love to hear from you.
