We are seeking the services of an experienced Training and Development Lead for our business critical project to work with our in-house team to design and deliver our CRM (MS Dynamics) training for new starters, as well as develop the capability of our leaders to effectively support the workforce.

What you’ll do

  • Provide L&D expertise to support the design and documentation of instructional guides, plan & develop training materials, including changes in BAU.
  • Work with our team to further document learning guides for all roles covering changed work procedures in both CRM and business processes
  • Develop key stakeholders to deliver training outputs to our workforce

What you’ll bring

You will be a seasoned Lead trainer who can adapt your training skills for your audience with a proven track record in working in a fast paced environment within tight frames. Work is already underway and your skills will quickly be put to use as you get up to speed on the project, working with our Business Lead. You’ll have the ability to influence and be hands on developing and delivering through others.

  • 6 month contract with the potential to extend to 12 months plus
  • 4 or 5 days per week
  • Immediate start
  • Based in Macquarie Park and requires in person/onsite work with the potential for hybrid work in line with organisational policy
  • Limited travel to our other sites may be required
  • Salary commensurate with experience
