Connect: Inner West Community Transport Group is a not-for-profit organisation providing accessible transport services to people living in Sydney’s Inner West
The Manager, Client Services and Operations will be responsible for business development and operational oversight for the community transport services offered by Connect: Inner West Community Transport Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing commercial relationships, particularly with aged and disability package providers and managers, to enhance client services.
The Manager will lead a small operations and engagement team, focusing on client engagement, customer service, growth, and best practices.
