The Service Delivery Lead strengthens program stability, practice quality, and operational consistency across the Refuge and Recovery portfolio. The role provides senior-level support, leading proactive practice uplift, supporting onboarding and induction, coordinating cross‑program initiatives, and driving internal projects that enhance service delivery, compliance, and practice excellence. The Service Delivery Lead will support teams who work directly with women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. This includes reinforcing trauma‑informed, child‑centred, and safety‑driven practice, ensuring teams are equipped to respond to complex risk, and maintaining high standards of service delivery through a child rights lens.

In this full time, max term role (until 27th August 2027) you'll work as a part of our Refuge and Recovery team in Southeast Queensland to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

Your expertise in domestic and family violence forms a strong foundation for your practice and leadership. You bring extensive experience supporting women and children, with a commitment to culturally respectful, trauma‑informed and child‑centred practice. You are a warm, grounded and collaborative leader who builds trust with ease, communicates with clarity, and creates environments where people feel safe, supported and accountable. Your ability to balance empathy with strong practice expectations enables teams to deliver high‑quality, safety‑driven programs.
