YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based in our Goonellabah office.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced change leader to lead a fiercely passionate and supportive team, through a period of organisational transformation.
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery of quality community programs. You will lead and develop engaged team members, whilst supporting change initiatives within an evolving organisation.
The Regional Manager is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of YWCA programs and services within the designated region, in accordance with agreed strategy and operational plan.
