ABOUT THIS ROLE

YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Regional Manager, Northern NSW to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is offered on a full time basis and is based in our Goonellabah office.

The Regional Manager is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of YWCA programs and services within the designated region, in accordance with agreed strategy and operational plans.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:

• Demonstrated experience and strong skills in staff supervision, performance evaluation and human resource management
• An ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively and meet deadlines
• Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability in conflict resolution
• Sound understanding of program design, implementation, management and evaluation
• Excellent project management skills and experience in financial, human resource, administration and program management
• Experience in the preparation and monitoring of multiple project budgets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with relevant agencies and the community to achieve better outcomes for women, young women and girls
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Drivers Licence

This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment.
