your opportunity

As the Employment Solutions Partner, you will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers. You will partner with employers to create suitable employment opportunities and place our young job seekers into employment.  

your role will include:

  • Networking face to face and building rapport with employers to build an employer pipeline;
  • Partnering with the employer to identify their needs and provide tailored employment solutions;
  • Reverse Market our young job seekers to employers and help secure employment opportunities
  • Providing guidance to the employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives that are available;
  • Knowing the caseload of job seekers on site so you can job match effectively to ensure a sustainable employment outcome.

  • Your practice is client focused, our young people are at the heart of it and you genuinely want to make a difference in their lives.
  • You are a marketing whiz and are eager to market our services to create employment opportunities for our young people.
  • You love meeting different people and enjoy that this role enables you to be out and about and face to face with employers. You understand the importance of building rapport face to face with employers so that you can partner with their business and provide solutions.
  • You are acutely business savvy and have a solid understanding of the local labour market coupled with challenges to employment faced my disadvantaged young people.
