your opportunity

Our Operations Program Advisor plays a key role in the success of our impactful Employment Services, including the Inclusive Employment Australia program and the Transition to Work program. You’ll enjoy working within an established high-performing team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and outcomes-focused employment services that empower young people to thrive.

Your expertise will support frontline teams through insightful advice, performance analysis, coaching, and ensuring our programs not only meet but exceed contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract management, compliance, and quality assurance processes to ensure operational integrity across the IEA and TtW teams
  • Use data and reporting tools to understand how programmes are performing, spot trends, and support our frontline teams to hit their targets and improve outcomes.
  • Share ideas and help create resources that support excellent service delivery and build team capability.
  • Identify updates to contractual documents, procedures, or systems, make the necessary process changes, and guide staff through what’s new.
  • Manage feedback processes with a strong focus on customer service, continuous improvement across our programs, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible work pattern that combines one day at our Milton Head Office (every Tuesday), two days at your choice of Brisbane South East sites (Browns Plains, Kingston and/or Upper Mount Gravatt), and two days working from home. Variety, flexibility and connection are all part of the role.

your expertise

Your approach is client focused, with young people at the centre of everything you do. You recognise and respect their lived experience, knowing they are the experts in their own lives. You bring genuine passion and purpose to your work, seeing your contribution as far more than just a job, it’s a meaningful career choice you make every day.

You bring experience in operations, compliance, contracts, data analysis or reporting, ideally within government-funded employment services or a similar field, including:

  • An understanding of government ‘fee for service’ and grant-based contracts.
  •  Strong technical skills with data reporting tools, high-level skills in Microsoft Office, and experience with Job Ready Live (or similar) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of federally funded Employment Services programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear, professional documents.
  • Confidence working with people at all levels, including government representatives and internal teams.
  • Ability to identify key issues and help shape program responses that meet or exceed contract targets.
