About the Allied Health Assistant - Dietetics, DE, CN role

Join our Dietetics, Diabetes Education and Community Nursing team and work with diverse clients and groups, delivering hands-on care, assisting with programs and helping drive inclusive, person-centred health outcomes. Reporting to the Dietetics, Diabetes Education & Community Nursing Coordinator, this is a ongoing part-time role (0.5 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

• Perform all duties of Grade 1 and 2 AHAs
• Build strong, person-centred relationships across teams and services
• Assist with planning, student placements, stock and clinical audits
• Deliver safe, high-quality care with minimal supervision
• Support client progress with nutrition risk checks and group sessions

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent and / or relevant work experience.
• Minimum three years full-time equivalent experience as a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
