The Yooralla Connect Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all new NDIS enquiries and potential customers. Reporting to the Manager Yooralla Connect, the role will be responsible for the accurate management of the on-boarding process; ensuring potential customers are provided with an end-to-end positive and informative experience.
This role will be a full-time fixed term contract, based at Head Office located in Melbourne CBD.
