Lead an enterprise-wide program focused on strengthening workforce compliance, payroll integrity and HRIS capability
Berry Street Yooralla is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, HRIS & Payroll Compliance to lead a complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiative. This is a strategic, high-profile program with Executive and Board visibility, focused on strengthening HR systems, payroll integrity, and compliance across the organisation.
You’ll bring strong delivery expertise, a pragmatic mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity—ensuring outcomes are delivered in a sustainable, people-centred way.
As Senior Program Manager, HRIS & Payroll Compliance, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream HRIS and wage compliance program, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, governance frameworks, and operational needs.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will drive delivery, manage risk proactively, and build strong engagement across the organisation.
You are a seasoned senior program leader who thrives in complex environments and brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
