Berry Street Yooralla is seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Manager, Bridges to lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of our Bridges portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving innovation in disability-informed practice, and strengthening partnerships across child and family services, health, education and government sectors.
The Bridges Program is a specialist, community - based allied health initiative that supports children with disabilities and complex needs alongside their families and carers. You will play a key role in positioning Berry Street Yooralla as a leader in integrated, disability-informed practice, improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Disability Services, you will contribute to service development, sector influence, and key reform initiatives across the Victorian community services landscape.
