Drive business analysis across an enterprise HRIS program strengthening workforce compliance, payroll integrity and processes.
Berry Street Yooralla is embarking on a strategic, organisation-wide transformation to modernise and stabilise critical technologies, with a strong focus on HRIS and wage compliance.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join this high-impact, multi-stream program, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping future ways of working across a large, complex, and purpose-driven organisation.
As a Business Analyst you will be working collaboratively across Berry Street Yooralla, you will analyse current processes, design future-state solutions, and ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose, people-centred HRIS technologies.
